1.Pure Silver Ag, fine silver FKAg
Material: Pure silver and fine silver have a high electrical and thermal conductivity and good welding performance. Fine silver is made up of silver and a small amount of nickel, which significantly refines material microstructure to improve the mechanical strength and heat resistance properties of the material. Its contact resistance is slightly higher than the silver, while the welding resistance and arc burning ability resistance is better than silver.
Applications: Widely used in low-voltage apparatus, such as: relays, timers, auxiliary switch, control switch.

2.Silver Nickel AgNi
Material: The Nickel in Silver Nickel is in the high-melting phase, which induces the good anti-welding performance and burning resistance of nickel silver. Besides Silver-nickel material also has good plastic deformation capacity, and it’s also the environmentally friendly material.
Applications: Widely used in low-voltage electrical switches, such as: relays, light switch, a small current contactors, thermostat, etc.

3.AgSnO2 , AgSnO2In2O3
Material : This series of materials are environmentally friendly, oxide particles are uniformly distributed in the silver-based, has a high thermal stability, welding resistance and material metastatic resistance. These materials have high density, good processability as they are manufactured with advanced powder metallurgy technology and internal oxidation technology.
Applications: Widely used in various types of low-voltage apparatus, such as relays, contactors, circuit breakers, switches.

4.AgZnO
Material: AgZnO thermal stability is better than AgCdO, which induces excellent resistance to welding and arc corrosion. AgZnO is environmentally friendly and its electrical contact resistance characteristics under load is better than silver tin oxide material.
Applications: mainly used in various circuit breakers, micro-switches, motor protection switches.
